Founder & Chief Mentor – Kondamudi Ravindra Kumar
Kondamudi Ravindra Kumar is a highly respected physics educator with over 35 years of experience in mentoring Intermediate and +2 level students. A postgraduate in Engineering, he is known for his clear, concept-driven approach to teaching that has helped students consistently achieve outstanding results. Over the years, he has guided All India Rank 1 holders in IIT-JEE and NEET, along with numerous students who have secured admissions to IITs, NITs, AIIMS, and other leading institutions.

Beyond teaching, he has made significant contributions to academic literature as the author and editor of more than 20 widely used books on Physics and academic skills. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT), Andhra Pradesh Regional Council, and is a Life Member of IAPT, ACT, and AMTI. His professional journey also includes advanced training at HBCSE, Mumbai, and serving as a Resource Person for the INSPIRE Programme (DST, Government of India), reflecting his strong involvement in national-level academic initiatives.
As the founder, Ravindra Kumar leads with a deep commitment to quality education, scientific thinking, and student mentorship. Through classroom learning, teacher training, and outreach programs, he continues to build an environment where students gain not only academic excellence but also confidence, discipline, and a genuine understanding of physics.
